FIB-R-DOR manufactures our doors with a solid Balsa Wood Core sandwiched between two corrosion resistant FRP panels.  Balsa wood affords exceptional bond-ability, high impact/fatigue resistance, outstanding strength, and is light weight.

Because of this unique construction, our doors do not require stiles and rails, which eventually cause warping in doors manufactured by our competitors. The door edges are then hand laid with a premium resin.  This creates a true one piece fiberglass construction which will never separate.

FIB-R-DOR then gel coats the doors to the color of your choice and they never require touch up or paint ever again.

Our doors are also manufactured using steel plate reinforcement at the hinge area.  This allows the use of standard full mortise hinges, which are less expensive.  Further, our doors conform to SDI (Steel Door Institute) dimensions and profiles. This allows the use of standard frame details and also greatly simplifies the replacement of existing steel doors.
