Activated Carbon Equipment for Odor Control

TDM offers an complete line of treatment solutions for odor control using dry media including activated carbon.  These solutions range from a 20 CFM vent adsorber to 500,000 CFM turnkey treatment system built on-site and everything in between.  We offer several lines of equipment to accommodate the specific requirements of the application.

As with all of our treatment solutions, we offer standard equipment off-the-shelf or solutions designed specifically for your application or to your design.  We also offer  complete turnkey systems, including interconnecting ductwork, and any level of controls.

Our systems are complete with pre-filters for particulate, oil & grease, etc and are offered with whatever degree of sophistication is appropriate for your requirements including online monitoring for certain gases like H2S.

Odor Control Canisters:  These cost effective control units are ideal for lower flow applications especially when space is tight.  Units are available in carbon steel, stainless steel and polyethylene.

FRP/Poly We offer standard fiberglass and Polyethylene  “Tub” style vessels for small to mid-range flow rates.  These units are available in sizes from 2 foot to 12 foot diameter in single, and dual bed designs as well as Radial Flow Designs

Vertical Bed/ Gravity Dump designs:  Our innovative vertical bed design units are capable of handling higher flows in a smaller footprint. This design is also available with our gravity dump design which allows the customer to empty the unit by merely pulling a lever.

Plasti-Steel:– Bury your odor problems !! Theia-Air’s Plastisteel line of carbon/media adsorbers offers the structural strength of a steel or concrete tank and the durability and life cycle of a plastic tank.  These adsorbers can handle pressure, vacuum and can even be directly buried and driven over to save space.  Typical projected life is 50 years or longer in most service.
